[INFRA] Merge hugo.toml from hugo-demo #17

Compare ~/projects/agentic-semantic-web/lab/hugo-demo/hugo.toml with ~/projects/asw/hugo.toml.

Merge in:

  • [params] section (description, etc.)
  • [taxonomies] (tags)
  • Any [markup] settings not already present
  • [menu] if defined

Do NOT change: baseURL, title, noClasses, buildStats — those are already correct for asw.trentuna.com.
