[GATE] Amy: verify oklch migration + dead code purge #23

After #20, #21, #22 complete:

  • hugo builds without errors
  • CSS compiles to >80KB (layers still loading)
  • palette-test.html still works at asw.trentuna.com
  • Dark mode: body background is dark, text is readable, links are blue
  • Light mode: surfaces light, text dark, links blue
  • Change --palette-hue in 01-asw.css to 145 (green), rebuild — surfaces/text shift but states stay fixed hues
  • Change back to 250 after test
  • No --gray-N references remain in layers 02-09 (only in 01-asw.css if needed for fallbacks)
  • Dead code from redundancy report is actually removed
  • No visual regressions on dorveille article
