restructure: main.css is the manifest, 01-asw.css is the framework

- asw.css → main.css (just imports, no theming :root)
- 01-tokens.css → 01-asw.css (this IS the ASW design system)
- Removed empty :root {} theming block
- Updated deploy.sh PostCSS path
