The pkg-card design from octopus-library.html is excellent: icon, title, category tag, description, relationship hints. Port this into an ASW data-attribute component.

Target: <article data-card="pkg"> or similar. With tags rendered as Hugo taxonomy links. Reusable in garden and promotable to ASW packs.

Also file an issue on trentuna/asw to adopt this as a first-class component.
